They called shortly after I put in the order to confirm things, scheduled delivery on my desired day, had an earlier opening and called to ask if I would be open to earlier delivery (I was), and they arrived within 5 minutes of the window opening. It took 3 minutes to complete the transaction and the delivery driver was respectful and courteous. Every element of the transaction was professional and enjoyable. I am pleased with their products and especially pleased with their responsiveness. Ken is knowledgeable and willing to help you calculate how much material you’ll need. My only con is that they do not have a place to preview their materials.
